I was recently reminded of how important a company's logo or image is, while driving down the street with my four year old son.  You see, we are moving our business across the street next year, and to get a jump on things, our landlord has put a sign up to lease our building.  Naturally, there is a realty sign in our front lawn area, which my son as seen at least two or three times. 

The other day, as we were driving down the street, he suddenly, and enthusiastically shouted "Dad, that's what you have at your work!"  He was right.  It was a "For Lease" sign from the same company is listing the building we're currently in.  Pretty powerful stuff.

So here is where I could tell you that Dakota Lettering can help you with your business' image, sales and marketing.  Maybe even drop a slick slogan: Grow your business...or Make sure your brand is recognized... or some other sappy, cheesy line.  I could tell you that my son would love it if you bought from Dad's store.  But that's not really my style.  In fact, I think it's pretty obnoxious.

What I would like you to take away from this (one-sided) conversation, is that people do pay attention to what they see and hear.  Whether you have a Pepsi budget or a "candy bar" budget, you can put together something that is memorable and consistent and it can have a positive impact on your business.  And as we've learned today, a consistent look and graphic is definitely memorable - especially if you're marketing to four year olds.
